Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Puthiyachirakkal

Dr. Mohammed received his MD (Ped) and DCH at the Medical College, Kottayam, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He completed his MBS at the Medical College in the University of Calicut, Kerala, India.

Dr. Mohammed did his Pediatric Residency at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, USA, and was awarded Diplomate of the National Board (DNB-Ped), National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, India.

Dr. Mohammed completed the Neonatal-Prenatal Fellowship program from Cleveland Clinic in Metrohealth Hospital at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Mohammed has several publications to his name, the most recent being “M. Puthiyachirakkal, K. Lemerand, D. Kumar, R. Moore, E. Philipson, B.M. Mercer, J.M. Mansour, S. Hauguel-de Mouzon, J.J. Dr. Mohammed worked as a Senior Lecturer in Pediatrics at the Medical College, Calicut, Kerala, India, as a Registrar in Neonatology at the Maternity Hospital, Al Sabah region, Safat, Kuwait, and as a Pediatric Residency and Chief residency in New York, USA.

Dr. Mohammed worked as an attending Neonatologist at Mercy St Vincent Hospital and Mercy St Charles Hospital, Toledo, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Mohammed speaks English, Malayalam, Arabic and Hindi.
